White Wine

The Viognier comes 100% from Block 6 of the old Wild Dog Vineyard site which we have been farming since 2020. This block has been somewhat of a project after taking it over in terrible condition. We have seen the yields increase along with the health of the vines over the past few years and were thrilled to make more than just a single barrel for the first time. Direct pressed to old french oak barrels where the wine underwent full natural fermentation. Kept on full solids for 8 months, racked twice and sulphured once in the lead up to bottling.
