Red Wine

The grapes for Cabernets were grown by us to organic practices at the Wild Dog Vineyard in Warragul South.

A vibrant blend of the classic Bordeaux varietals of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot. these old vines of cabernet sauvignon provide depth and structure to our blend, while the merlot and cabernet franc add plush fruit and herbaceous touch respectively. With upfront cassis and summer berry characteristics this wine will drink well now and well into the future
